Five Years of Prayer Cards

To conclude our Lenten prayer series and celebrate Easter, I wanted to literally surround us with prayer.

This installation includes hundreds and hundreds of prayer cards that we’ve collected for about five years from our church community and our neighborhood.

Each card was hole-punched and tied to a thin nylon string. Each string was then hung by fishing line to our building structure.
